前列腺等离子电切术对前列腺增生、前列腺增生合并2型糖尿病患者手术后尿流动力学参数的影响

Effect of plasma resection of prostate on urodynamic parameters in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, benign prostatic hyperplasia and type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨前列腺等离子电切术对前列腺增生以及前列腺增生合并2型糖尿病患者术后尿流动力学参数的影响。方法:2016年1月至2018年2月期间,确诊收治的40例前列腺增生患者选做观察组,同时将我院确诊收治的40例前列腺增生合并2型糖尿病患者选做对照组,两组患者均实施等离子前列腺电切术,比较两组患者接受手术前、手术后的最大尿流率、残余尿量、IPSS症状评分和Q0L生活质量评分。结果:手术治疗前,观察组患者的最大尿流率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术治疗后,观察组患者较对照组的最大尿流率升高(P<0.05);观察组患者的残余尿量、IPSS症状评分和Q0L生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺等离子电切术治疗方法在前列腺增生和前列腺增生合并2型糖尿病患者群体中的运用,均会对患者术后尿流动力学参数造成影响,对前列腺增生合并2型糖尿病患者的影响程度较小,值得关注。

Objective: T0 investigate the effect of prostatic plasma resection on urodynamic parameters in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods:From January 2016 to February 2018, 40 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (BPH) admitted in our hospital were selected as the study group and the control group. Plasma prostatectomy was performed in both groups. The maximal flow rate, residual urine volume, IPSS symptom score and Q0L quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after the operation.Results:Before surgical treatment, there was no significant difference in the maximum flow rate between the study group and the control group ( P >0.05). After operation, the maximum uroflow rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The maximum urinary flow rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of IPSS symptom and Q0L quality of life in the study group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of prostatic plasma electroresection in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with type 2 diabetes will affect the urodynamic parameters and prostatic hyperplasia after operation. Patients with type 2 diabetes are less affected and deserve attention.
