Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of levothyroxine on fetal development in patients with pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism. Methods: 112 cases of pregnant women with hypothyroidism were selected and were equally divided into two groups. The control group was used with low dose of levothyroxine, and the observation group was used with high dose of levothyroxine. Results: The total effective rate of observation group were higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the FT3, FT4 and TSH values in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of mental development and psychomotor development in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Compared with low dose, high dose of levothyroxine in the treatment of pregnant women with hypothyroidism can improve the therapeutic effect, promote the balance of thyroid hormone secretion, reduce the occurrence of pregnancy complications and promote the development of newborns.
