经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术对大体积前列腺增生患者IPSS、QOL、PVR的影响 被引量:5

Effect of transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate on IPSS, QOL and PVR in patients with massive prostatic hyperplasia

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术对大体积前列腺增生患者国际前列腺症状(international prostate symptoms,IPSS)、残余尿量(postvoid residual volume,PVR)、生活质量(quality of life,QOL)的影响。方法:将115例接受治疗的大体积前列腺增生患者随机分为对照组( n =57)与观察组( n =58),对照组采用常规经尿道前列腺电切术,观察组实施经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术,对比两种手术方法的效果。结果:观察组患者术后的IPSS、QOL、PVR值下降幅度均高于对照组( P <0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为1.7 %,低于对照组的12.3 %( P <0.05)。结论:在大体积前列腺增生患者手术治疗的过程中,采用经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术,能够更好地改善者IPSS、QOL、PVR参数值,降低术后并发症发生率。 Objective: To investigate the effect of transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate on international prostate symptoms (IPSS), quality of life (QOL) and postvoid residual volume (PVR) in patients with massive prostatic hyperplasia.Methods: 115 patients with massive prostatic hyperplasia were selected and randomly divided into the control group ( n =57) and the observation group ( n =58). The control group were treated with routine transurethral resection of prostate, while the observation group were treated with transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate, with the effects of the two methods compared.Results: The IPSS, QOL and PVR values in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.7 %, lower than that in the control group (12.3 %)( P <0.05).Conclusion: Transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate can improve IPSS, QOL and PVR parameters and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with massive prostatic hyperplasia.
