沙格列汀联合胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者FBG、HbA1c、GA、2hPG的影响

Effects of saxagliptin combined with insulin pumps on FBG, HbA1c, GA and 2hPG in type 2 diabetes

目的:观察并分析沙格列汀联合胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者FBG、HbA1c、GA、2hPG的影响。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者92例随机分为对照组(46例)、观察组(46例),对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗,观察组给予沙格列汀联合胰岛素泵治疗,对比分析两组治疗方法对2型糖尿病患者FBG、HbA1c、GA、2hPG的影响。结果:治疗后,观察组GA、2hPG低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组胰岛素用量更少、血糖达标时间更短(P<0.05)。结论:沙格列汀联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病可有效调节患者机体GA、2hPG水平,减少胰岛素用量,缩短血糖达标时间,降低低糖血症发生率,安全高效,可帮助患者改善病情,提高疗效。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of saxagliptin combined with insulin pumps on FBG, HbA1c, GA and 2hPG in type 2 diabetes.Methods:92 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group (46 cases) and the observation group (46 cases). The control group were treated with insulin pumps, while the observation group were treated with saxagliptin combined with insulin pumps, with the effects of the two methods on FBG, HbA1c, GA and 2hPG in type 2 diabetes compared and analyzed.Results: After treatment, GA and 2hPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had fewer insulin dosage and shorter time for blood sugar to reach the target ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Saxagliptin combined with insulin pumps can effectively regulate the levels of GA and 2hPG in patients with type 2 diabetes, reduce the dosage of insulin, shorten the time of blood sugar to reach the target, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, which is safe and efficient and can help patients improve their condition and curative effect.
