成人瓣膜病合并重度PAH患者手术前后NT-proBNP水平及其与肺动脉压力的关系

The relationship between NT-proBNP level and pulmonary artery pressure before and after operation for adult valvular disease patients with severe PAH

目的:探讨成人瓣膜病合并重度肺动脉高压(pulmonary hypertension,PAH)患者手术前后血浆N端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平及其与肺动脉压力的关系。方法:选取51例成人瓣膜病合并重度PAH患者作为观察组,将 51例成人瓣膜病未合并PAH患者作为对照组,两组均给予手术治疗,检测手术前后NT-proBNP水平,分析NT-proBNP与肺动脉压的关系。结果:对照组手术前后的NT-proBNP、PAMP水平比较差异无统计学意义( P <0.05);观察组手术后NT-proBNP、PAMP水平降低( P <0.05),术后1年略有升高,且均高于对照组( P <0.05)。结论:成人瓣膜病合并重度肺动脉高压患者的NT-proBNP水平与肺动脉压力相关,检测NT-proBNP水平可为临床治疗提供参考。

Objective:To explore the relationship between plasma N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels and pulmonary artery pressure before and after surgery in adults with pulmonary valve disease complicated with severe pulmonary hypertension (PAH).Methods:51 cases of adult with valvular disease and severe PAH patients were selected as the observation group, 51 cases of adult with valvular disease without PAH patients were selected as the control group. All patients were given surgical treatment, and the level of NT-proBNP before and after surgery was detected and the relationship between NT-proBNP and pulmonary artery pressure was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of NT-proBNP and PAMP before and after operation in the control group ( P <0.05). The levels of NT-proBNP and PAMP in the observation group were decreased after the operation, were slightly increased one year after the operation, and were higher than the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The level of NT-proBNP of adult patients with valvular disease combined with severe pulmonary hypertension is correlated with pulmonary artery pressure, and the detection of NT-proBNP level can provide a reference for clinical treatment.
