康复指导联合桥式运动在IABP患者术后中的护理效果及对舒适度的影响

Effect of rehabilitation guidance combined with bridge exercise on postoperative nursing and comfort of IABP patients

目的:探讨康复指导联合桥式运动在主动脉内球囊反搏(Intraaortic balloon counterpulsation,IABP)患者术后中的护理效果及对舒适度的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年2月IABP手术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数法分为对照组( n =30)和观察组( n =30)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用康复指导联合桥式运动,15 d护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组心理波动、护理舒适度及满意度。结果:观察组护理后15 d SAS、SDS评分,均低于对照组( P <0.05);观察组护理后15 d生理、心理、精神、社会文化及环境舒适度评分,均高于对照组( P <0.05);观察组护理后护士操作技术、护理服务、基础护理及护理响应评分,均高于对照组( P <0.05)。结论:康复指导联合桥式运动用于IABP患者术后有助于缓解患者心理波动,提高患者术后舒适度及满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation guidance combined with bridge exercise on postoperative care and comfort of patients with intraaortic balloon counterpulsation (IABP).Methods: 60 cases of IABP were selected from May 2016 to February 2018 and randomly divided into the control group ( n =30) and the observation group ( n =30). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received rehabilitation guidance combined with bridging exercise, with the effects after 15-day nursing care evaluated, and psychological fluctuations, nursing comfort and satisfaction compared between the two groups.Results: the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 15-day nursing care ( P <0.05). The physical, psychological, spiritual, socio-cultural and environmental comfort scores of the observation group after 15-day nursing care were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of operation skills, nursing services, basic nursing and nursing response of nurses in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Rehabilitation guidance combined with bridge exercise after IABP surgery is helpful to alleviate the psychological fluctuations of patients and to improve the postoperative comfort and satisfaction of patients, worthy of popularization and application.
