悬吊式袖套在股骨粗隆PFNA手术体位摆放中的应用效果

Application effect of suspending cuff in the position of femoral trochanter PFNA operation

目的:探讨手术使用悬吊式袖套在股骨PFNA手术中的应用方法及效果,寻求更安全、方便、舒适的手术体位,减少体位并发症的发生。方法:将62例股骨粗隆PFNA手术随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组采用传统患侧上肢固定法,观察组采用悬吊式袖套固定法,观察两组患者手术中不同时间的不适感,患者舒适满意度,医生满意度等指标,对比两组体位摆放所需时间,并发症发生率。结果:两组体位摆放时间、不适感、患者舒适满意度,医生满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊式袖套在股骨粗隆PFNA手术能有效缩短体位摆放时间,降低患者手术体位不适感及并发症,提高患者舒适满意度及医生满意度。保证了患者的安全,提高了手术配合质量。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of suspending cuff in femoral PFNA operation so as to seek safer, more convenient and comfortable surgical position and to reduce the occurrence of postural complications.Methods: 62 cases of femoral trochanteric PFNA were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 31 cases for each. The control group adopted the traditional upper limb fixation method, and the observation group adopted the suspension cuff fixation method. The discomfort at different times during the operation, the patient's comfort satisfaction, and the doctor's satisfaction were observed. The time required for the placement of the two groups and the incidence of complications were compared.Results: There were significant differences in the position, discomfort, patient's comfort satisfaction, and doctor's satisfaction between the two groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Suspended cuff in the femoral trochanteric PFNA surgery can effectively shorten the placement time of the body position, reduce the discomfort and complications of the patient's surgical position, and improve patient comfort satisfaction and doctor satisfaction. The safety of the patient is ensured and the quality of the surgical cooperation is improved.
