火针点刺疣体局部治疗扁平疣的安全性、可行性评价

Safety and feasibility evaluation of local treatment of flat warts by fire needle

目的:对火针点刺疣体局部治疗扁平疣的疗效和安全性进行分析。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月收治的80例扁平疣患者,将其随机分为对照组(40例,迪维霜)与观察组(40例,火针点刺疣体局部),对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗不良反应的发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%高于对照组70.0%(χ^2=7.013,P=0.008);不良反应发生率10.0%低于对照组32.5%(χ^2=4.781,P=0.029),两组相较差异具有显著性。结论:火针点刺疣体局部治疗扁平疣疗效确切,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床借鉴推广。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of local treatment of flat warts by fire needles.Methods:80 patients with flat warts from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group (40 cases, Divi cream) and observation group (40 cases, fire needle). The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0 %, higher than the control group (70.0 %)(χ^2=7.013, P =0.008);the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.0 %, lower than the control group (32.5 %)(χ^2=4.781, P =0.029).Conclusion:The local treatment of flat warts with fire needle is effective and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
