壮医药线点灸联合刺络放血治疗带状疱疹的临床效果

Clinical observation on the treatment of herpes zoster by medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine combined with pricking bloodletting

目的:探讨壮医药线点灸联合刺络放血治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:选取150例带状疱疹患者,按患者入院的先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组各75例;对照组采取西药治疗,观察组采用壮医药线点灸联合刺络放血治疗,对比两种治疗方法对带状疱疹的治疗效果。结果:观察组的整体有效率为97.3%,高于对照组的整体有效率84.0%(P<0.05);观察组患者的皮肤修复时间、结痂时间、疼痛消失时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在带状疱疹的临床治疗中采用壮医药线点灸联合刺络放血方案,能够提高治疗的有效性与缩短主要临床症状的消失时间。

Objective: To explore the curative effect of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine combined with pricking bloodletting on herpes zoster.Methods: 150 herpes zoster patients treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, 75 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine combined with pricking bloodletting. The therapeutic effects of the two methods on herpes zoster were compared.Results: The overall effective rate of the observation group was 97.3 %, and that of the control group was 84.0 %( P <0.05). The skin repair time, scab formation time and pain disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of herpes zoster, medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine combined with pricking bloodletting can improve the effectiveness of treatment and shorten the disappearance time of main clinical symptoms.
