摘要
目的:探讨加味苏连汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流的临床疗效。方法:将220例胃食管反流患者随机分为对照组(n=110)与观察组(n=110),对照组采用奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮片治疗,观察组采用加味苏连汤联合奥美拉唑治疗,对比两种用药方法的效果。结果:观察组的有效率为95.5%,高于对照组84.5%的有效率(P<0.05);观察组的复发率为8.2%,低于对照组19.1%的复发率(P<0.05)。结论:在胃食管反流的临床治疗中采用加味苏连汤联合奥美拉唑方案,能够提高治疗有效率并降低患者的复发率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Flavored Sulian Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.Methods: 220 patients with gastroesophageal reflux were randomly divided into control group ( n =110) and observation group ( n =110). The control group was treated with omeprazole combined with domperidone tablets, while the observation group was treated with Flavored Sulian decoction combined with omeprazole. The effects of the two methods were compared.Results: The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.5 %, higher than 84.5 % of the control group ( P <0.05). The overall recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.2 %, lower than 19.1 % of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, the combination of Flavored Sulian Decoction and Omeprazole can improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
