医学院校《大学生心理健康教育》课程实施现状研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对包头医学院全校性公共选修课《大学生心理健康教育》课程实施情况进行研究,为本课程下一步的教学改革方案的制定提供实证研究依据。方法:采用自编《大学生心理健康教育课程现状》的调查问卷对我校选修心理健康教育课程的学生进行调查和访谈。结果:大学生心理健康教育课程是学生获得心理健康知识最直接的途径;教学内容上选取贴近学生实际生活的内容进行讲授,并给予容易掌握、操作性强的解决措施;教学方法上尽量减少理论讲授加大体验和案例教学的形式;考核方式上由传统的开卷考试或期末几千字的论文的终极考核方式逐渐改为过程性评价形式,将学生本门课的考核方式贯穿在整个教学过程中。结论:改革心理健康教育课程,逐步完善大学生心理健康教育课程的体系,对大学生健康成才起到积极的促进作用。 Objective:To study the implementation of Education of College Students' Mental Health , a public elective course of Baotou Medical College and to provide empirical research basis for the development of the next teaching reform plan of this course.Methods: The self-compiled questionnaire on Education of College Students' Mental Health was used to investigate and interview the students who took the course.Results: It was found that this course was the most direct way for students to acquire mental health knowledge. In terms of teaching contents , they should be close to students' real life , and the solution measures should be easy to grasp and operate. In terms of teaching methods, theoretical teaching should be minimized to increase the form of experience and case teaching. The evaluation mode should be gradually changed from the traditional open-book examination or the papers of thousands of words at the end of the term to the assessment of process throughout the teaching process in this course .Conclusion: Only when the education course of mental health is reformed and gradually improved, can it play a positive role in promoting the health development of college students.
