内科学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训双轨合一模式的探讨

Discussion on the mode of double tracks in one of graduate training for professional degree and resident doctor standardized training in internal medicine

目的:探讨内科学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训双轨合一的培养模式中存在的问题及解决方法。方法:通过包头医学院92名内科学专业学位研究生在住院医师规范化培训中的满意度调查发现问题,同时学习专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训双轨合一模式的相关政策、管理办法及意见,综合分析并提出建议。结果:专硕规培生经过培训在相关专业理论知识、临床思维、沟通能力、临床综合能力等方面基本满意,在本专业理论知识、本专业业务能力、操作技能、科研能力等方面不满意,其中对科研能力的培养和本专业业务能力最不满意。结论:通过学生自身、老师、学校三方的共同努力,提高研究生的科研能力及本专业业务能力。

Objective:To discuss the problems and solutions in the training mode of the combination of postgraduate training and standardized training of resident physicians in internal medicine.Methods: Through the satisfaction survey of 92 graduate students majoring in internal medicine in the standardized training of resident doctors in Baotou Medical College, this paper finds out the problems, studies the relevant policies, management methods and opinions of the dual-track integration model of professional degree graduate training and standardized training of resident doctors, and comprehensively analyzes and puts forward suggestions.Results and conclusions: Through the joint efforts of the students themselves, teachers and schools, the scientific research ability of graduate students and their professional business ability will be improved.
