为解决四分裂导线引下线及跳线的弯曲变形及转角处间隔棒高效安装的问题,本设计从工程应用实际出发,设计开发了一种快速安装卡具,利用导线装卡系统、主调系统、微调系统等可实现四分裂导线0-90°及“S”型弯曲形变的精确调整和转角间隔棒的快速定位与安装,可进一步提高转角安装质量和安装效率,降低高空作业的工作量及作业难度,提高工作安全性,为四分裂导线间隔棒的标准化施工提供技术支持。
