摘要
基于环境和人民生活便利要求,对地埋式垃圾箱进行智能改进设计,并制作样机完成预定功能测试。改进的垃圾箱分为地上景观罩和地下垃圾收集箱、升运系统三大部分,主要由构架、红外线传感器、光强传感器、光电传感器、单片机、步进电机、照明系统、景观展板组成硬件系统,其工作原理是经外线传感器、光强传感器、光电传感器采集相关数据,由单片机分别控制垃圾投放口的开闭、收集箱满载的警告、照明灯和景观展板灯亮灭。通过试验证明,此系统可靠性高,成本低,使用方便,结构简单,为城市垃圾箱智能化提供一定依据。
Based on the requirement of environment and people's living convenience, the intelligent improvement design of the buried garbage bin is carried out, and a prototype is made to complete the scheduled function test. The improved garbage bin is divided into three parts: the ground landscape cover, the underground garbage collection bin and the lifting system. The hardware system consists of the frame, infrared sensor, light intensity sensor, photoelectric sensor, single chip computer, stepping motor and lighting billboard. The working principle of the hardware system is to collect relevant data by the external line sensor, light intensity sensor and photoelectric sensor, which are controlled by single chip computer separately. Warnings on opening and closing of garbage disposal outlets, lighting billboards and full collection boxes. Experiments show that the system has high reliability, low cost, easy to use and simple structure, which provides a basis for the intellectualization of municipal refuse bin.
