Study on Compliance of Subsidy Policy for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles in China

燃料电池汽车是未来汽车产业竞争的制高点。文章分析了我国燃料电池汽车补贴政策的实施背景、主要内容和实施效果,并借鉴国外燃料电池汽车补贴政策经验,在分析我国燃料电池汽车补贴政策合规性的基础上,提出了积极应对国际质疑,加强对地方补贴政策的合规性监管和逐步改变现行补贴方式的措施建议。

Fuel cell electric vehicles will be the dominant competitive point in the future automotive industry.This paper analyzed the background,main content and effect of the fuel cell electric vehicle subsidy policy in China.On the basis of analyzing the subsidy policy in other countries and the compliance of subsidy policy in China.It was suggested that interna-tional doubts should be actively dealt with,compliance supervision of local subsidy policies should be strengthened and current subsidy modes should be gradually changed.
