锂离子动力电池包系统在纯电动汽车中的应用最为广泛,动力电池包是利用1个封闭盒形结构将BMS、热管理系统、模组架以及动力电芯等组件组合在一起。纯电动汽车的重量很大程度上取决于动力电池包的重量。因此,电池包的轻量化对于纯电动汽车的轻量化有着十分重要的作用。因此,文章对纯电动汽车的动力电池包轻量化的实现方法进行了详细的介绍。

Lithium ion power battery pack system is the most widely used in pure electric vehicles.Power battery pack combines BMS,thermal management system,module frame and power core with a closed box structure.The weight of a pure electric vehicle depends largely on the weight of the power battery pack.Therefore,the lightweight of battery packs plays an important role in the lightweight of pure electric vehicles.Therefore,this paper introduces in detail the realization method of lightweight power battery pack for pure electric vehicle.
