摘要
文章基于显式动力学理论深入的展开了电池包挤压分析方法研究,并通过仿真分析试验对标,建立了合理准确的有限元分析模型;通过挤压仿真分析结果对电池包结构进行了优化设计,并通过台架试验验证了有限元模型与试验结果良好的一致性,降低了某车型电池包挤压试验失败的风险,通过文章研究建立了合理准确的电池包抗挤压性能分析方法,提高了电池包的自主研发能力。
Based on explicit dynamics theory,this paper carried out in-depth research on battery pack extrusion analysis method,and established a reasonable and accurate finite element analysis model through simulation analysis test.The structure of the battery pack is optimized by the simulation results of extrusion,and the good agreement between the finite element model and the test results is verified by the bench test,so that the risk of failure of the extrusion test of a vehicle battery pack is reduced.
