轿车室内空调环境的气流组织改进及数值模拟研究

Improvement and numerical simulation of air distribution in car indoor air conditioning environment

摘要 利用数值模拟对夏季轿车室内三维流场进行分析,构建计算域几何模型与车内人体模型,采用RNG湍流模型,并引入太阳射线追踪的辐射模型模拟夏季太阳辐射对车室内空调环境的影响,研究对比了风口的送风速度、数量以及布置方式等改进措施下的车室内温度场和速度场的分布规律。计算结果分析表明,增加送风速度和后排送风口能明显改善夏季车室后排热舒适度;回风口的布置对车室内流场的分布特性具有明显影响。 The numerical simulation is used to analyze the three-dimensional flow field in the car interior in summer.The geometric model in the computational domain and the human body model in the car interior are constructed.The RNG turbulence model is adopted and the radiation model of solar ray tracing is introduced to simulate the influence of solar radiation on the indoor air conditioning environment in summer.The temperature field of the car interior under the improved measures of air supply speed,quantity and layout of the air outlet is studied and compared.And the distribution of velocity field.The calculation results show that increasing the air supply speed and the rear air outlet can significantly improve the thermal comfort of the car room in summer,and the layout of the return air outlet has a significant impact on the distribution characteristics of the flow field in the car room.
