摘要
发动机实现批产,必须要完成耐久试验,冷热冲击试验,共振试验,还有各项专项试验等等。文章这个案例是发在试验期间,连杆的断裂故障直接导致发动机报废。为了解决此问题,我们从活塞,曲轴,连杆瓦,连杆,连杆螺栓进行检测分析,最后找到了发动机的故障的原因,根本是由于螺栓的缩颈所引发的。控制方案是禁止螺栓长时间裸露在外边,保证螺栓的表面要有防锈油,这样能减少故障的发生。
To achieve mass production of the engine,durability test,thermal shock test,resonance test and other special tests must be completed.The case in this paper was made during the test.The fracture failure of the connecting rod directly led to the engine scrapping.In order to solve this problem,we from the piston,crankshaft,connecting rod shoe,connecting rod,connecting rod bolt detection analysis,finally found the cause of engine failure,is caused by the bolt necking.The control scheme is to forbid the bolts to be exposed outside for a long time,and ensure that the bolts should have anti-rust oil on the surface,so as to reduce the occurrence of faults.
