摘要
文章针对常见汽车门护板拉手盒位置的固定方式进行了探讨,目前很多车型汽车门护板拉手盒的固定设计是通过通用的连接方式来实现强度和固定要求,能够满足固定刚度要求,但是存在零件多,固定点多,零件成本高,重量高等问题,文章针对上述问题提出了一种既能降低整车成本,又能够减少整车重量的门护板固定设计方案,可以在满足固定强度要求的前提下,达到降低单车成本和整车重量的目的。
In this article,the fixed methods in the position of the door panel handle box are discussed.At present,the fixed design of the door panel handle box is carried out by the common connection to meet the strength and fixing requirements,which can meet the fixed stiffness requirements.However,this solution needs many parts,more fixing points,high cost and high weight.This paper puts forward a new solution.This fixing solution can not only reduce the cost of the whole vehicle,but also reduce the weight of the whole vehicle.It can reduce the cost of the whole vehicle and the weight of the whole vehicle at the same time it can meet the fixed strength requirement.
