摘要
阐述了变频节能的特性和改造施工的要求,并详细介绍江西五十铃大功率风机水泵从软启动控制改造为变频启动控制上的实际应用情况,为汽车涂装线节能改造、设备维护、自控技术应用提供相关参考信息。
This paper expounds the characteristics of energy saving by frequency conversion and the requirements of reconstruction and construction,and introduces in detail the practical application of the transformation of high-power fan and pump from soft start control to frequency conversion start control in Jiangxi-Isuzu,which provides relevant reference information for energy saving transformation,equipment maintenance and application of automatic control technology in automobile painting line.
