摘要
提高汽车亮面装饰条表面质量及降低报废率是配套厂家急需解决的问题。亮面装饰条生产的首要关键工序是辊压成型加工,主要表面质量缺陷在此形成。通过辊压过程表面质量缺陷形成的研究,从设备模具加工精度的提高,到辊压轮优化设计,着重研究了亮面细微波纹的产生及针对性解决方法。
It is urgent to improve the surface quality of automobile bright decorative strips and reduce the scrap rate.The first key process in the production of bright decorative strip is roller forming,major surface quality defects form here.Study on the formation of urface quality defects under my hobbing process,from the improvement of equipment mold processing accuracy,optimized design of roller wheel,the generation of fine ripples on bright surface and the corresponding solutions are emphatically studied.
