摘要
文章将QC方法应用于降低线束售后故障率的改进中,通过活动小组对QC方法的应用,将理论和实际结合在一起,解决了线束售后故障高的问题,阐明了QC方法在质量改进过程的实际应用。
In this paper,QC method is applied to improve the after-sale failure rate of wiring harness.Through the application of QC method by activity group,theory and practice are combined to solve the problem of high after-sale failure rate of wiring harness,and the practical application of QC method in quality improvement process is illustrated.
