我国废弃荧光灯的回收处置现状和改进措施

Current Situation and Improvement Measures of Recycling of Waste Fluorescent Lamps in China

简述废弃荧光灯对环境和人体的危害。通过回顾我国采用的废弃荧光灯的回收管理和处置工艺,分析在废弃荧光灯回收管理和处置技术方面存在的问题。通过统计我国大中型城市废弃荧光灯的回收情况,比较国内外先进废弃荧光灯处置设施的运行效果,提出废弃荧光灯回收管理和处置技术改进措施。研究结果表明,加强废弃荧光灯的源头追溯,辅以分类回收管理规定,改进废弃荧光灯的处置技术和促进可利用资源的回收,是有效回收处置废弃荧光灯应采取的必要措施。

The harm of waste fluorescent lamps to the environment and human body is briefly explained.The current recycling management and treatment technology of waste fluorescent lamps in China are analyzed.The measures to improve the recycling management are proposed after a study to the recycling situations in and out of China.It emphasizes that to control the sources of wasted lamps is the best way of management, and the recovery technology is to be further developed.
