摘要 混凝土弹性模量是铁路梁场生产过程的重要控制指标,试验结果直接影响梁场生产进度与桥梁质量,而影响该项试验结果准确性的主要因素为试验设备智能化水平及操作过程信息化程度。通过本课题的研究,可提高弹模试验数据的准确性、及时性、完整性,减少弹模试验中试验人员数量,有效缩短弹模试验时间,实现弹性模量试验数据上传至工程管理平台,通过大数据对试验结果进行分析总结,为铁路领域梁体质量控制提供技术保障。 The elastic modulus of concrete is an important control index in the production process of railway beam yard. The test results directly affect the production progress and bridge quality of the beam yard. The main factors affecting the accuracy of the test results are the intelligence level of the test equipment and the informationization level of the operation process. Through the research of this subject,the accuracy,timeliness and completeness of elastic modulus test data can be improved,the number of testers in elastic modulus test can be reduced,the time of elastic modulus test can be shortened effectively,and the elastic modulus test data can be uploaded to the engineering management platform. The test results can be analyzed and summarized through large data,which provides technical guarantee for the quality control of beam in railway field.
