摘要
为进一步提高新能源电网在规划过程中的安全可靠性,降低检修事故风险,针对含风电汇集变电站的区域电网,提出一种基于分解协调方法的电网风电场检修停电不确定性优化规划模型;该模型考虑了满足电网风电场检修停电不确定性的技术措施和运行状态;建立了基于禁忌搜索和灵敏度分析相结合的优化模型解算策略;最后将提出的模型方法应用于某地区城市电网风电场检修停电不确定性的优化规划中,分析结果验证了文章所述方法的有效性和实用性。
To further improve the safety and reliability of the new energy grid planning process, reduce the risk of maintenance accidents. Aiming at the regional power grid with wind power collection substation, this paper proposes an optimization planning model for grid wind farm maintenance and power outage uncertainty based on decomposition and coordination method. The model considers the technical measures and operational status to meet the uncertainty of grid wind farm maintenance and power failure. And an optimization model solving strategy based on combination of tabu search and sensitivity analysis is established. Finally, the proposed model method is applied to the optimization planning of the uncertainty of maintenance and power failure of urban power grids in a certain area. The analysis results verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method described in this paper.
