People-to-People Exchange between China and Argentina: Advances, Challenges and Proposals

近年来,中阿关系疾速发展,其中人文交流成为新亮点。尽管中阿人文交流初显勃兴之势,但总体而言,其发展仍相对滞后且缺乏协调性。为推动中阿成为中文交流的典范和标杆,亟需优化既有举措,改进交流质量,其中首要的就是要着手构建中阿人文交流机制,以此统筹人文交流的各行为体和各项目,为中阿全面战略伙伴关系的可持续发展提供民意基础。

In recent years, China-Argentina relations have developed rapidly, with people-to-people exchange becoming new highlights. This kind of exchange is just begining to boom, while its development,generally speaking, is still relatively lagging behind and lacks effective coordination. In order to promote people-to-people exchange between China and Argentina and set a good example for China and other Latin American countries, it is pressing to improve its existing measures and the performance of exchanges. First and foremost, however, it is necessary to build the China-Argentina high-level people-to-people exchange mechanism so as to coordinate different actors and projects of exchanges and subsequently set a solid basis for the sustainability of China-Argentina comprehensive strategic partnership.
