论新时代推进高校基层党组织建设的策略

The strategy of promoting the construction of the party organization in colleges and universities

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是对马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想、科学发展观的继承和发展,是马克思主义中国化的最新成果,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分,是党和人民实践经验和集体智慧的结晶。本文强调高校基层党组织要深入领会和把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,要坚持不懈用此重大思想教育人民、指导实践、推动工作,提出高校基层党组织建设要从强化政治引领、健全体制机制、立足需求导向等方面入手,把学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的成果体现在加强高校基层党组织建设的工作中。

Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is an inheritance and development of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important "Three Represents" Theory, and the Scientific Outlook on Development, the latest achievement of Marxism localization in China, an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the accomplishments of the practical experience and collective wisdom of the Party and the people. By emphasizing that the primary party organizations in colleges and universities must understand deeply and grasp Xi Jinping thought, persist in carrying out this thought to educate people, guide practice and promote their work, this paper proposes that the primary party organizations should apply the achievements of Xi Jinping thought in their construction by strengthening political guidance, perfecting the systems and mechanisms and focusing on demands orientation.
