Research on the Countermeasures of the Coordinated Development of Internal Journals in Higher Vocational Colleges

高校学报工作不可能孤立存在,要依托于学校各项工作,在高校协同创新发展背景下,学报应与学科建设、教学科研、教师培养等工作建立起良好的合作互动,达到协同发展。基于协同发展理念提出了学报与学科建设、科研管理、师资培养、校园文化建设等工作协同发展的对策及实施途径。

The work of academic journal of colleges cannot exist in isolation. It should rely on various work of the college. In the context of coordinated innovation and development of colleges, journals of higher vo. cational colleges should establish good cooperative interaction with discipline construction, teaching and scien. tific research, teacher training and other work, so as to achieve coordinated development. Based on the concept of coordinated development, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and implementation approaches for the coordinated development of journals and discipline construction, scientific research management, teacher training and campus culture construction.
