北京及周边地区猪舍相变储能供暖可行性研究

Research on Feasibility of PCM (Phase Change Material) Heating for Pig House in Beijing and Surrounding areas

摘要 为了解北京及周边地区既有猪舍在“煤改电”后保温改造前后相变储能供暖是否可降低峰谷电价条件下直接电供暖高运行成本并经济可行,促使电能合理化应用,理论计算了保温改造前后猪舍直接电或相变储能供暖四种方式的设备配置参数、年运行成本、前15年内供暖总成本、静态投资回收期,综合比较经济可行性。结果表明:试验猪舍保温改造可节能 56.65%,并优化供暖设备配置,应用相变蓄能罐无以上作用,但可解耦供暖能量产生与需求。与非保温直接电供暖相比,非保温相变储能、保温直接电、保温相变储能供暖年节省运行成本分别为19.12 元/m 2、28.04元/m 2和35.24元/m 2,后三种供暖方式静态投资回收期分别为40.00 a、3.79 a、13.17 a。猪场运营年限以15 a计时,保温直接电供暖总成本最小。 Electricity was one of the alternative energies but the running cost of direct electric heating is high-priced under the condition of peak power. In order to look for cost-effective pig house heating methods and apply electricity reasonably, feasibility of PCM (Phase Change Material) heating insulated or non-insulated pig house in Beijing and surrounding areas was studied. Facility configuration parameters, annual running cost, total cost of heating in the first 15 years, and static investment payback period of different heating ways were calculated theoretically. The results show that the insulated test pig house can save energy by 56.65% and optimize the equipment configuration, and the phase-change materials in tanks can't, but it can decouple thermal energy generation and demands. Compared with the first heating method non-insulated direct electric heating, the annual running cost of the other three heating methods of PCM was 19.12 yuan/m 2, 28.04 yuan/m 2 and 35.24 yuan/m 2, respectively, and the static investment payback period of others was 40.00 a, 3.79 a and 13.17 a, respectively. If the running time of the pig farm and heating facilities was 15 a, the way of insulated direct electric heating would be the most cost-effective.
