舍饲后陕北白绒山羊主要经济性状遗传力估计

Estimation on Heritability Capacity of Major Economic Traits of Shaanbei White Cashmere Goat after Indoor Feeding

研究舍饲养殖后陕北白绒山羊主要经济性状的遗传力,以期对陕北白绒山羊进一步选育提供基础参数和理论依据。将榆林市横山区陕北白绒山羊原种场2010~2014年鉴定原始数据,利用SPSS17.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析,应用计算机办公软件Excel进行辅助计算,通过父系半同胞组内相关法估算陕北白绒山羊几项生产性状的遗传力。结果表明,产绒量、绒细度、绒自然长度、体重、体高、体长的遗传力依次为0.18、0.23、0.15、0.32、0.42、 0.73 ,均属于中高等遗传力,旨在为陕北白绒山羊的育种工作奠定基础。

The aim of this experiment was to study the heritability capacity of major economic traits of Shaanbei White Cashmere goat after indoor feeding so as to provide basic parameter and theoretic base for the further breeding of it. The raw data of stock seed farms of Shaanbei White Cashmere goat at Hengshan District of Yulin City from 2010 to 2014 were taken to do one-way analysis of variance using SPSS17.0, and Excel was used to do auxiliary calculation. The heritability capacity of several production traits of Shaanbei White Cashmere goat was estimated through parental half-sib intra-class correlation. The results showed the heritability capacity of cashmere yield, cashmere fineness, cashmere natural length, body weight, body height, and body length were 0.18, 0.23, 0.15, 0.32, 0.42, 0.73 respectively, which were all of medium or high heritability capacityo,providing a foundation for the breeding of shaanbei white cashmere goat.
