摘要
为研究预制装配式防撞墙拼装界面在汽车碰撞事故中的表现,采用动态非线性理论对汽车-防撞墙耦合体系进行了ABAQUS有限元分析,先确立了碰撞体系模型,以最大动态变形量、峰值冲击力为指标,通过碰撞条件的变化,采用单一变量的方法分别研究了在碰撞速度不同的情况下和不同碰撞角度的情况下防撞墙对抗冲击性能的规律影响,分析验证此种连接的可靠性,为装配式防撞墙设计提供参考。
In order to study the performance of prefabricated anti-collision wall assembly interface in automobile collision accidents, this paper uses dynamic nonlinear theory to carry out ABAQUS finite element analysis on the vehicle-anti-collision wall coupling system, and first establishes the collision system model to maximize dynamic deformation. The amount and peak impact force are the indicators. Through the change of the collision conditions, the influence of the impact performance on the impact of different collision speeds and different collision angles is studied by using a single variable method, providing reference for the design of the assembled anti-collision wall.
