摘要
催化裂化装置分馏系统的任务是把反应油气按沸点范围分割成富气、粗汽油、轻(重)柴油、回炼油、油浆等馏分,最终使各个不同沸点的油气资源分馏出来.粗汽油、轻(重)柴油经冷却后送出装置,作为下游系统或装置的原料,回炼油和油浆作为反应进料送回提升管反应器.本文将对催化裂化装置分馏系统工艺流程及控制方案进行具体介绍.
The task of fractionation system in catalytic cracking unit is to divide reaction oil and gas into rich gas,crude gasoline,light (heavy)diesel oil,refining oil,slurry and other fractions according to the boiling point range,and finally to fractionate oil and gas resources at different boiling points.Crude gasoline and light (heavy)diesel oil are cooled and sent out as raw materials for downstream systems or devices.The refining oil and slurry are fed back to the riser reactor as reaction feed.In this paper, the process flow and control scheme of fractionation system in catalytic cracking unit are described in detail.
