程控阀阀位开关在S Zorb装置中出现的问题及改进措施

Problems and Improvement of the Program-controlled Valve’s Limit Switch in S Zorb Unit

针对S Zorb装置中程控阀阀位开关的常见故障,分析其结构形式后给出解决方案.根据工艺流程和物料特性,提出关键位置的程控阀需增设阀位变送器,并将其引入至确认阀门打开、关闭和报警的逻辑中,提高了闭锁料斗控制系统的安全性和可用性.

Based on the common problems of the program-controlled valve’s limit switch in S Zorb unit,after analyzed its structure and came to the solutions. According to the process flow and the material characteristics,this paper proposed that the program-controlled valves in the key positions needed to add position transmitters,and introduced it into the logic diagram to confirm valves opening,closing and alarming,which improved the safety and usability of the locking hopper control system.
