采油平台吊机主副绞车液压油路优化设计及应用

摘要 投产初期,东海某采油平台上的吊机在吊装作业中发现存在主副钩低速起降时严重抖动,甚至带动吊臂颤动明显.液压系统的主油路油压大范围波动,此现象可严重影响液压泵及液压系统辅助元件的使用寿命;另外,重要吊装作业时,通常需要低速稳钩,大、下钩低速动作时抖动的问题会严重影响吊装作业安全.通过对抖动原因深入分析,找到了绞车液压油路设计上的缺陷,对液压油路进行了稳压的设计,并实施了改造,一举解决了这个难题,并成功推广运用在另外11台采油平台吊机上. At the early stage,the crane used on the East China Sea oil production platform was seriously shaken during the low-speed up-down operation of the main and the auxiliary hook,thus causing the boom to vibrate too. The hydraulic system of the main oil circuit oil pressure fluctuations in a wide range,seriously affecting the service life of hydraulic pump and hydraulic system auxiliary components. In important hoisting operations,low-speed hook stability is usually required,and the tremble problem in low-speed operation of hooks seriously affects the safety. Defects in hydraulic oil circuit design of winch have been found through in-depth analysis of the reasons of tremble. And a modification design has been carried out to solve this problem. It’s so successful so was applied to another 11 marine cranes.
