In order to solve the salt deposition and corrosion phenomena in the top circulation system of fractionator, a combined method of turbulent mixing-downstream extraction-oil and water deep separation was used to separate the partial extraction from the salt deposition and corrosion mechanism,and the practical application effect was good.
