气压喷射2%利多卡因注射液在面部皮肤美容治疗中麻醉效果的临床观察

Clinical observation on the anesthetic effect of 2% lidocaine injection in facial skin beauty therapy

目的观察气压喷液仪喷射2%利多卡因注射液在面部美容治疗中的麻醉效果。方法将240例做美容治疗的患者随机分为两组,观察组120例,气压喷液仪喷射2%利多卡因液进行治疗前表面麻醉;对照组120例,治疗前用复方利多卡因乳膏在治疗前进行表面麻醉,分别记录麻醉的起效时间,麻醉的效果及不良反应。结果气压喷液组:麻醉起效时间5分钟。针刺皮肤无痛觉,过敏发生率0.8%。对照组:麻醉起效时间20分钟。针刺皮肤有痛觉,可忍受治疗。过敏发生率10.8%。两组比较有差异,有统计学意义(χ^2=8.82,P<0.01)。结论气压喷液仪注射2%利多卡因液在面部美容治疗中的麻醉,起效快,麻醉效果好,且副作用少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective observe the anesthetic effect of 2% lidocaine with Pneumatic injector spray in facial beauty therapy.Methods 240 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n=120) was treated with 2% lidocaine before the treatment,and the observation group (n=120) was treated with 2% lidocaine.120 cases of control group were treated with compound lidocaine cream before treatment.The onset time of anesthesia,the effect of anesthesia and adverse reactions were recorded.Results In the pneumatic spray group,the effective time of anesthesia was 5 minutes.Acupuncture had no pain,and the incidence of allergy was 0.8%.The control group: the effective time of anesthesia was 20 minutes.Acupuncture has pain in the skin and can be tolerated.The incidence of allergy was 10.8%.There was significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=8.82 P<0.01).Conclusion The injection of 2% lidocaine in facial beauty therapy by air pressure spray instrument has the advantages of quick onset,good anaesthesia effect and less side effects,so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
