改良Paek-Z法内眦赘皮矫正术联合切开法重睑成形术的美学效果观

Observation on the aesthetic effect of modified Paek-Z method internal suture correction combined with incision double-folding

目的探讨改良Paek-z法内眦赘皮矫正术联合切开法重睑成形术的美学效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2018年6月收治的单睑伴内眦赘皮患者100例展开研究,以抽签法将之均分为对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组采用传统内眦赘皮矫正术联合切开法重睑成形术,观察组采用改良Paek-z法内眦赘皮矫正术联合切开法重睑成形术,对两组美学效果进行观察比较。结果术前两组睑裂长度(HLFL)、内眦间距(ICD)及HLFL/ICD比较无明显差异(P>0.05),术后观察组HLFL和HLFL/ICD明显高于对照组,ICD明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率为98.00%,比对照组86.00%的满意率显著更高(P<0.05)。结论改良Paek-z法内眦赘皮矫正术联合切开法重睑成形术能够有效纠正内眦赘皮患者异常结构,提高美学效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of modified Paek-Z method internal suture correction combined with incision double-folding.Methods 100 cases of internal molting patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group by lottery.The control group was treated with traditional internal humeral correction combined with incision and resection.The observation group was treated with modified Paek-Z method internal humeral correction combined with incision and resection.Observing the aesthetic effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the length of cleavage (HLFL),interpupillary distance (ICD) and HLFL/ICD between the two groups (P>0.05).The HLFL and HLFL/ICD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the ICD was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than the 86.00% satisfaction rate of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Paek-Z method internal suture correction combined with incision double-folding surgery can effectively correct the abnormal structure of patients with internal ecdysis and improve the aesthetic effect,which is worth promoting.
