点阵激光联合红光治疗痤疮后瘢痕的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价痤疮后瘢痕患者采用点阵激光联合红光治疗的治疗效果。方法选择2018年4月-2019年4月期间于我院就诊的痤疮后瘢痕患者70例,按入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,较早入院的35例患者为对照组,对其开展单一激光治疗,余下35例患者作为观察组并接受点阵激光联合红光治疗,对两组患者临床疗效和皮肤分级评分情况进行分析。结果观察组患者治疗后的皮肤分级评分要显著比对照组低,且临床效果总有效率明显比对照组高,P<0.05。结论痤疮后瘢痕患者在治疗时可科学运用点阵激光联合红光疗法,该疗法能够明显改善患者的皮肤状态,在临床上有较高的推广意义。 Objective To study and evaluate the treatment effect of dot-array laser combined with red light in patients with postacne scar.Methods 70 cases of patients with post-acne scar and who treated in our hospital from April,2018 to April,2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.35 cases of patients who were admitted earlier as control group,and were treated with single laser,other 35 patients were treated with dotmatrix laser combined with red light as observation group.Then,the clinical effect and skin grading score of two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the skin grading score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of the clinical effect was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The lattice laser combined with red light therapy can be used scientifically in the treatment of post-acne scar patients,which the treatment can significantly improve the skin condition of patients,thus it It is great significance in clinical promotion.
