硅酮凝胶联合CO2点阵激光治疗剖宫产皮肤瘢痕的美容效果评价

Evaluation of cosmetic effects of silicone gel combined with CO2 dot matrix laser on cesarean section skin scar

目的探讨硅酮凝胶联合CO2点阵激光治疗剖宫产皮肤瘢痕的美容效果。方法选取2017年6月到2018年10月我院收治的97例剖宫产皮肤瘢痕患者,依据不同的研究方式将其分为对照组(n=47)与试验组(n=50),对照组施以CO2点阵激光治疗,试验组在对照组基础上施以硅酮凝胶治疗,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗2个月后、治疗5个月后的温哥华瘢痕(VSS)评分情况及临床总治愈率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的VSS评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗2个月后、治疗5个月后,试验组的VSS评分明显降低,并且试验组的临床总治愈率明显较高,不良反应发生率明显较低,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论硅酮凝胶联合CO2点阵激光治疗剖宫产皮肤瘢痕具有良好的美容效果,同时还能够有效的降低不良反应发生率,提升临床总治愈率。

Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of silicone gel combined with CO2 dot laser on cesarean section skin scar.Methods 97 patients with cutaneous cesarean scars admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were divided into control group (n=47) and experimental group (n=50) according to different research methods.The control group was treated with CO2 dot matrix laser.The test group was treated with silicone gel on the basis of the control group.The Vancouver scar (VSS) score was observed before treatment,after 2 months of treatment,and after 5 months of treatment.The situation and the total clinical cure rate and adverse reactions occurred.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in VSS score between the two groups (P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment and 5 months after treatment,the VSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower,and the total clinical cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher.The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower,and the difference was significant compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Silicone gel combined with CO2 dot matrix laser treatment of cesarean section skin scar has a good cosmetic effect,and can also effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the overall clinical cure rate.
