改良侧向转位冠向复位瓣联合结缔组织移植对单牙严重牙龈退缩患者美学指标的影响

Effect of modified lateral transposition of coronary reduction flap and connective tissue transplantation on aesthetic parameters of patients with severe gingival recession

目的探讨改良侧向转位冠向复位瓣联合结缔组织移植对单牙严重牙龈退缩患者美学指标的影响。方法从2017年3月至2018年10月收治的单牙严重牙龈退缩患者90例为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分组,对照组45例采取侧向转位冠向复位瓣联合结缔组织移植治疗,观察组45例采用改良侧向转位冠向复位瓣联合结缔组织移植治疗,对两组牙龈指标、美学评分进行观察。结果治疗后6个月,观察组KTH、RD、PD、CAL、RC与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月的红色美学评分、白色美学评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论改良侧向转位冠向复位瓣联合结缔组织移植可改善单牙严重牙龈退缩患者牙龈状态,也能提高患者美学评分,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified lateral transposition of coronary reduction flap and connective tissue transplantation on the aesthetic parameters of patients with severe gingival recession.Methods From March 2017 to October 2018,90 patients with severe gingival recession were treated as subjects.grouped according to treatment options,In the control group,45 patients were treated with connective tissue transplantation,and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with modified lateral transposition crown and reduction flap combined with connective tissue transplantation.The gingival index and aesthetic score of the two groups were observed.Results At 6 months after treatment,the KTH,RD,PD,CAL,and RC of the observation group were significantly different from the control group (P<0.05).The red aesthetic score and white aesthetic score of the observation group were higher than the control group at 6 months after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified lateral transposition of the crown-restoration flap combined with connective tissue transplantation can improve the gingival state of patients with severe gingival recession in a single tooth,and can also improve the aesthetic score of patients,which is worth promoting.
