铸瓷贴面与全瓷冠修复前牙的美学效果及适应症分析

Analysis of aesthetic effect and indication of cast-ceramic veneer and all-ceramic crown for anterior teeth restoration

目的探究铸瓷贴面与全瓷冠修复前牙的美学效果及适应症。方法回顾性分析2016年7月-2018年1月我院收治的80例(230颗)需修复前牙患者,根据不同修复方式分为铸瓷贴面组42例(120颗)与全瓷冠组38例(110颗)。比较两组修复12个月后美学效果和不适状况。结果两组VAS评分和医师评价比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不适状况发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铸瓷贴面与全瓷冠修复前牙均存在一定优势,应根据患者综合情况合理选择修复方式,以达到满意效果。

Objective To explore the aesthetic effect and indication of cast-ceramic veneer and all-ceramic crown for anterior teeth restoration.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 80 cases (230 teeth) of anterior teeth in our hospital from July 2016 to January 2018.According to different restoration methods,42 cases (120 teeth) were divided into cast-ceramic veneer group and 38 cases (110 teeth) were divided into all-ceramic crowns group.The aesthetic effects and discomfort of the two groups after 12 months of repair were compared.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score and doctor's evaluation between the two groups (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of discomfort between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Cast-ceramic veneer and all-ceramic crown have certain advantages in repairing anterior teeth.The method of restoration should be reasonably selected according to the comprehensive situation of patients to achieve satisfactory results.
