国际视野下青年失业问题研究

Youth Unemployment under International Perspective

青年失业问题是世界性难题,时刻威胁着世界各国社会经济的可持续发展。在描述国际青年失业的基本概况基础上,分析了国际青年失业的主要原因,阐述了青年失业造成的危害。最后,通过对丹麦、荷兰、德国、挪威和瑞典五个青年失业率较低的国家实行的有效促进青年就业的政策措施进行分析,总结出能够有效地促进中国青年就业的政策性启示。

The problem of youth unemployment is a worldwide problem, threatening the sustainable development of societies and economy in the world. Firstly, this paper described the basic situation of youth unemployment under international perspective, on this basis, analyzed about the main reasons of youth unemployment, and then described the harm caused by youth unemployment. Finally, by analyzing effective policy measures for promoting youth employment which Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway and Sweden, the paper summed up the policy implications which can effectively promote youth employment in China.
