群团改革背景下高校“班团一体化”运行 被引量:8

摘要 班级团支部与班委会一体化运行是激活高校共青团组织体系“神经末梢”和打通联系服务学生“最后一公里”的重要突破口和切入点。探索推进“班团一体化”运行,对于破解班级团支部基础薄弱、功能虚化弱化、活力及有效覆盖面不足、吸引力凝聚力不够等突出问题,理顺班级团支部与班委会关系,建构以班级团支部为核心的班集体建设格局,推动班团一体化协同运作、形成合力,把团支部和班委会建设得更加充满活力、彰显魅力和坚强有力具有重要价值和现实指导意义。 The integrated operation of the class group branch and the class committee is an important"breakthrough point" and "cut-in point" for activating the "nerve endings" of the Communist Youth League organization system and the "last mile" of the contact service students. Exploring and promoting the operation of"group integration", to solve the outstanding problems of weak foundation, weak function, weak and effective coverage, and insufficient cohesiveness of the class, rationalizing the relationship between the class branch and the class committee, and constructing the class group branch are the core class collective construction pattern,promoting the team’s integrated operation and cohesive operation, forming a joint force, and building the group branch and the class committee to be more energetic, showing charm and strong and powerful with important value and practical guiding significance.
