社区休闲服务需求及制度保障研究

Research on Demand and Institutional Guarantee of Community Leisure Service

人们生活水平的提升促进了休闲游憩需求的增长。社区作为人们生活的基本单元所承载的休闲服务功能则格外重要。文章以北京东城区和平里社区为例,通过对社区休闲服务的需求与供给现状的调查分析,提出了完善户外游憩设施、建设弱势群体休闲项目等8条制度性保障建议,以此满足社区居民休闲游憩体验需求,保障社区居民休闲生活质量,提升社区居民的获得感与幸福感。

The rise of people's living standard promotes the growth of people's leisure and entertainment demand.As the basic unit of people's life,the function of leisure service carried by the community is particularly important.Taking the relatively mature residential sector-Hepingli community in Beijing as an example,a targeted questionnaire survey on the demand and supply of leisure services in Hepingli community is conducted.Based on the findings of the survey,this paper puts forward eight institutional suggestions to guarantee the leisure services in Beijing by improving outdoor recreation facilities,building leisure projects for vulnerable groups,etc.so that residents' leisure quality and sense of fulfillment and happiness can be improved.
