Ecological Rural Construction: An Important Path of Rural Rejuvenation

党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略,而生态农村建设正是实现乡村振兴的重要路径之一。"绿水青山就是金山银山",生态文明建设是我国乡村振兴的题中之义,"生态优先,绿色发展"为新时代乡村振兴战略的实施,提供了思想指南和行动遵循。消除农村的环境污染,是实现生态宜居新农村的重要前提。在生态农村的建设过程中,要充分发挥党、农民、村集体等多元主体的协同作用。通过采取发展生态循环农业,为乡村振兴奠定物质基础;通过财政政策的扶持,为农民提供社会保障,为农村治污提供环保资金支持等措施,把绿色发展理念融入到乡村振兴的整个过程,最终实现农业强、农村美、农民富的目标。
