主办单位转型升级对学术期刊发展的促进作用——以淮海工学院创建江苏海洋大学为例

The Promoting Role of the Sponsor’s Transformation and Upgrading in the Development of Academic Journals——Taking the founding of Ocean University of Jiangsu as an example

主办单位转型升级是学术期刊发展的良好机遇。文章在回顾主办单位淮海工学院调整办学方向、凝练海洋特色、创建江苏海洋大学的基础上,从加强编辑队伍及刊社文化建设、发挥平台优势支持教研活动、提高编校质量追求良好效益、办好特色栏目助力大学创建、共建海洋出版社江苏分社、拓展业务渠道等几个方面,详细探讨了淮海工学院学报抓住主办单位转型升级发展机遇,在新形势下提高办刊质量、扩大影响力的发展思路,指出学术期刊要充分发挥主办单位的母体效应,借助其科研实力、学科优势进行发展。

The transformation and upgrading of the sponsors provides opportunity for the development of academic journals.On the basis of reviewing the reorientation of Huaihai Institute of Technology,which is the sponsor,to establish Jiangsu Ocean University by consolidating its oceanic characteristics,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen team and cultural construction,give full play to the advantages of journal to support teaching and research activities,improve editorial quality and pursue good benefits,run characteristic columns to help universities establish,and expand business channels by co-construction of Jiangsu Branch of Ocean Publishing House,this paper discusses the development ideas of Journal of Huaihai Institute of Technology to seize the opportunity of transformation and upgrading of the sponsoring units,improve the quality of running journals and expand its influence under the new situation.Finally,it is concluded that academic journals should give full play to maternal effect of the sponsors,and develop by taking advantage of their scientific research strength and discipline advantages.
