摘要
文章以黄石市某公立医院为例,分析了目前医院行政管理人才队伍的现状及面临的挑战。并提出应对策略:主张构建"培养、评价、激励"三位一体的医院行政管理人才队伍发展体系,建立全面、有效的"以人为本、科学务实"管理机制;以此充分发挥行政人员的积极性,提高医院行政管理水平,使医院的发展进入良性循环的轨道。
Taking a public hospital in Huangshi as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of the hospital administrative team.To address the challenges,some suggestions are put forward:to build a "training, evaluation,and incentive" hospital administrative team development system,and establish a comprehensive and effective "people-oriented,scientific and pragmatic" management mechanism.In this way,the enthusiasm of the administrative staff will be brought into full play,the level of hospital administration will be improved so that the hospital will develop smoothly.
