Preliminary Analysis of Antifreeze and Warming Scheme for Brake System of Large Railway Maintenance Machinery

大型养路机械冬季施工运行时,由于环境温度很低,制动机、空气过滤器、制动管路等部件内空气中水分易冰冻,影响气体流通,会导致制动系统出现故障,存在安全隐患。通过采取制动阀、空气过滤器加热及制动管路保暖等方案,能有效改善养路机械低温环境下制动系统性能。

During the construction of large road maintenance machinery in winter, because of the low ambient temperature, the moisture in the air of brake, air filter, brake pipeline and other components is easy to freeze, which affects the flow of gas, and leads to the failure of brake system and hidden safety hazards. By adopting brake valve, air filter heating and brake pipeline heating schemes, the brake system performance under low temperature environment of road maintenance machinery can be effectively improved.
