摘要
核电厂蒸汽发生器管板厚度计算是压水堆一回路系统承压边界尺寸计算的关键。本文采用TEMA标准和ASMEVIII-1标准对包括蒸汽发生器传热管节距、布管圆直径、管板外径、筒体连接段厚度等主要参数的变化对管板厚度计算的影响进行对比计算分析,研究蒸汽发生器管板厚度计算标准应用特点。
Tube plate thickness calculation of PWR steam generator(SG)is a critical work for affirming the dimension of reactor coolant pressure boundary(RCPB).In this paper,TEMA standard and ASME VIII-1 standard are adopted to conduct comparative calculation and analysis on the influence of changes in main parameters,including the pipe pitch of tube-sheet,diameter of tube layout,outer diameter of tube plate,thickness of connecting section,etc.on the calculation of tube plate thickness,so as to study the application characteristics of the calculation standard of the SG tube plate thickness.
